Monica Garcia uses CA Exempt Vehicle to Illegally Park all over LA.

I had been told before that video of Monica Garcia parking on a red zone with her CA EXEMPT State vehicle existed. I just had never gone out of my way to find it before. The word on the street is that there is more than one video. I'll do my best to find the rest of them, but here is the first one:

The Monica Garcia Recall

This blog was created in order to shed light on the increase of class size in schools across LAUSD and the roll that Monica Garcia has played in the mismanagement of LAUSD funds. These funds include the stimulus money that was recently received by LAUSD. LAUSD as well as the Board of Education have chosen to fire approximately 3,500 teachers and allow classroom size to balloon in spite of the availability of stimulus dollars that can be used to keep 2008-2009 classroom norms. As more events unfold, it is the intention of the blog authors to keep the public informed, as well as initiate the process of recalling Monica Garcia from her post as President of the LAUSD Board of Education.
